I didn’t follow the instructions that said to charge before use, it came with alllmost a full battery. I used it consistently, had it on 24hrs a day for six days before it needed a charge. Measurements of my BP and heart rate were pretty accurate to medical equipment, unsure on oxygen saturation (didn’t test that). Easy to set up on app with Bluetooth functionality.
